Main subject areas
The elective subject is structured in two main subject areas. The main subject areas complement each other, and should be viewed in relation to one another.

Create
The main subject area covers the process of creating ideas to putting these ideas into a production. Audiovisual and scenic production can covers music, dance, drama, images and storytelling as essential elements. Working with sound, lighting, stage management, choreography, scenography, costumes, make-up and editing are also a part of the creative process. Production also includes elements of marketing and economics.
Communicate
The main subject area covers the presentation of audiovisual and scenic productions where the goal is to create a good encounter between the actors and the audience. The main subject area also includes aspects of communication and interaction, and the conscious selection of location, form of presentation and audience. Different artistic effects are key elements of the main subject area.
